I ordered some onion rings and unfortunately the onion rings were burnt to a crisp I was so sad, heartbroken even havent felt this bad since my late wife left me for her gym instructor. Kids meal cheeseburger had spicy sauce on it and mine and my sons whoppers were stone cold. Keira was lovely, trying to prioritize the remake of our burgers, but the manager was ignoring her and putting all the other orders through first, leaving me standing there for ages waiting. It might run smoother with a new manager.

Rude girl drive thru 16/9/2023 1:40 pm. Cold tatos, messy burgers we got ( sauces all over the wrap). The wrap was wet. Never go back to that HJ store again!

What I thought I was ordering and what I got…Half a dozen shreds of tired lettuce and a small piece of tomato somewhere in there, piece of chicken was 2/3 size of the bun if I’m generous and even the bun was soggy and quite small…VERY disappointing for $7.70!! Won’t be back in a hurry. My husband’s fries were ok, which just about boosts it to the 1 star.

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!! first of all it was like a ghost town no one was working, 5 minutes in line with no one there, when i got my food it was slapped together with mayo all over the bun and box, had to completely re make it myself the onion wasn’t even cut, was going to take it back by the way the 2 boys were acting i wouldn’t take it back if my life depended on it THIS PLACE NEEDS SOME REAL CHANGES!!!!!!
