I think that today’s day in age, service is lacking, people want to get paid but not do the work, it’s like the old ball and chain saying. They are there and getting paid, but just seem not interested to give a good old smile and hello, and thank you.

Doesn’t matter what time of day I’ve gone here, every time they “don’t have enough meatballs” to make a sub. One evening after telling me this, they literally made the next customer behind me a meatball sub ffs. Tried to order 3 last week at 11am & they couldn’t even supply 1. Also the ceiling looks mouldy.

Great food love the ordering app. But need to include healthy drinks like smoothies or juices. What’s the point in drinking carbonated sugar drinks like coca cola if you’re eating healthy? This was the nicest subway we had ever had. We ate in and only planned on having the one foot long between two but it was so nice we bought a second one. The young people serving did a good job.

I’ve had hailie make my sub 5 or 6 different visits each time has been sloppy and not a great experience. I understand it’s not the most pleasant job but people are paying money for this.
