I’m specifically commenting on the drive- thru, which is usually quick and efficient. Today, I was waiting at the first window however as the coffee wasn’t ready, was asked politely to drive to the window in front. There was a car already there and two female employees were hanging out the store window, having a chat to this driver – completely oblivious that their chat stopped me from moving out of the way up to the window – effectively blocking every car behind me from being served. When they finally noticed and I was able to move, the female employee that gave us our coffee was rude and abrupt. Incredibly annoying and not what I’ve come to expect from Wyoming drive thru.

Appalling service was told to wait for drinks. Took 10 minutes for them to come and in that time all other food had gone cold. Had I been informed of the wait I would have changed my order. Food should not be given if the wait for other options is that long. All should come out together fresh

Wasn’t impressed with the toastie my husband had. It looked a bit mangled and he said it was very ordinary. My toasted Banana Bread with Blueberries tasted nice but came without butter or a knife to cut it. The coffee and chai latte were good.

waited 10 minutes at the oder box to try and explain a medium iced vanilla latte. i understand, as an ex mcdonald’s employee, that this can be difficult to put through on the till for newer staff. instead of asking for help, the order taker went completely silent and put through several random coffee orders before finally getting help. she didn’t turn her headset off and proceeded to complain through the headset before taking the rest of my order. i was sent to the 3rd window and then the parking bay, where i proceeded to wait another 5 minutes. i’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, my food was all correct, fresh and hot. however, i recieved an iced latte with full cream milk. i am lactose intolerant and cannot drink the drink that i paid $3 extra to put ontop of my meal. i didn’t want to go inside and cause a fuss, as i had already wasted enough time. but i had to throw out my drink. the morning staff are always amazing. i’ve never had any problems with them. however, for years, the afternoon/night crew seems to never get a single order right.

Filthy tables, overflowing bins… only ducked in for a cuppa… first time I’ve had to explain what I mean by ‘2 teas, one white one black..’ still got the order wrong even after I explained and double checked the docket to make sure the order was taken right.. yes it’s only Maccas but there’s absolutely no pride taken by staff in making sure this is an establishment people want to return to ( I won’t be) Manager needs schooling..

Drive through is the worst I’ve ever been through. Every single time I go through Im missing at least one item. There excuse is always “we are training new crew”. I think they need to train the training staff. MacDonalds should change there motto to pay twice eat once.

If I could give you no stars I would. This place is run by kids. The food is below standard. Large chips is really a small chips, half empty fries, the cheeseburger is smashed with tomato sauce it’s turned soggy. More than half the time the sweet and sour sauce is missing, chip hardly cooked.. When you drive up to the window the staff and manager are talking about their personal lives and having a good old rant about other employees. This place needs a serious management upgrade. I’ll be going to the next suburb from now on for our maccas!

All you expect from McDonald’s is for them to get your order right without having to check it and for the food you pay for to be edible and reflect what they have offered to provide.

The staff were friendly, the food was what you’d expect from Maccas, not the best but it is what it is. Chicken nuggets and fries were good but the burgers were cold and dry. The store was clean and our food was ready in a decent amount of time.
