Extremely filthy restrooms. No wastebasket for paper towels. So everyone dumps on the floor. Absolutely reeks so much I threw up afterward. I complained to manager. Also no toilet rolls. Completely unhygienic and unacceptable . Not surprised it is owned by a franchisee.

I only ordered through uber eat when I have long day at work but I don’t have a car to go down get it myself,this is not happening once it happened so many times, when we order always something missing but ,I called up and they say ”we are gonna put you in the system and you gonna claim it when you come down ” HELLO ” we pay for it ,when do you expect for me to come in just for fries ,,!!! Ordered large cappuccino with extra shot – don’t even think it had any coffee in it – customers pay for the extra coffee – so it should be provided – also warm not hot – had to tip them both out – $11.40 down the drain – thanks for nothing.

The machine you ordered at gave the wrong burger, even though I pressed the right burger, it gave me the one next to it and the chips were old and not fresh and our 5 burgers were all made like a 2 year old made them our wrappers got more cheese then we did and the extra toppings I ordered and paid for they put the docket on it put no extra toppings very disappointed the only reason they get 3 stars is we ordered a happy meal and they were out of cherry tomatoes so they cut up a big tomatoe for my niece that was kind of the cook to do so but we won’t be back

Disgusting customer service and once we got our order and got home to Realise my muffin my burn and looks like old piece of bread and then you pay extra for sauce and get barley any, then the coffee Frappé is missing the Chocolate and a half full. All I can say is disgusting and not providing the service that you claim you have.

I went for a drive thru this morning to order a coffee with skim milk. When I got to the pay window, I saw in the monitor that the coffee has almond milk so told the crew that i did not order coffee with almond milk but with skim milk. When I went to the pick up window, the coffee was already there so i asked the crew if this has a skim milk and not almond, as i had an allergy with almond and two crews confirmed it’s not almond. When I drank the coffee, it smelled and tasted like almond milk. I went back at the counter to have it replaced.

Went through the drive through and ordered hash browns at lunch time. They were immediately ready and the reason why, was we were handed ones that were cold and had been sitting there that long they no longer resembled what a fresh hash brown actually looked like! I used to be addicted to their coffee but I went off that recently, it’s seriously gone downhill, perhaps the soy milk isn’t fresh either….
