The food here is top notch, good quality Japanese cuisine. The mocktails were really nice as well. The service was really good, food came out quickly, the ambiance was ok but because it’s in the food court it does lose its spark a bit. Ordering off the iPad was easy and straightforward, the waitress gave us water right away when we were seated. It was great- the unagi don was delish!

Reliably delicious teishoku restaurant. The maze rice dish, topped with a sticky grated yam, was a unique and tasty option

We have visited three times last week and overall, the quality of food is excellent. The staff are friendly and responsive to our request. The only imperfection will be the food is a bit pricy and rice cannot be refilled for free – not ideal to a big eater like me. Suitable to family, couples or even friend gathering. By the way the water is ok (not taste like real tap water).

Food is great and service is fast only let down is its in a food court . The sesame on the salmon skin was a nice touch. I thought the sauce in the mix toji was a tad sweet

As a long term fan of this eatery I was pleasantly surprised when they introduced a loyalty program. Unfortunately however using that loyalty program has been near on impossible. This has been compounded by the less than friendly attitude of some of the front counter staff who show little interest in making a better experience for the customer. Despite the quality of the food I will not be in any hurry to return.

A great restaurant for delicious Japanese food. Digital on the table screen so easy to order. But if you want the best service avoid the RUSH OFFICE HOURS as it will be difficult to find a table.

We were given a jug of water which was disturbingly dirty inside and out of food and oil. They washed it and then gave it back to us but honestly that should not have happened. Makes me wonder how hygienic the restaurant really is. If we were not meeting friends for dinner there I would have walked out. The food was just okay in my opinion.
