Had to wait 10 minutes in the drive through for 2 burgers on Sunday afternoon and the blond girl working there was the rudest person I have ever come across. Needs an attitude fix up real quick. To be fair though Was a young fella in there named Harry and he was lovely, very polite.

Came with my two kids as they wanted to try out the playground. Good service was satisfactory wait time which was appropriate for how busy they were. What I didn’t like was how dirty the restaurant was. Air con units (at least that what they looked like) thick with dark grey dust, floors at 10am filthy throughout entire restaurant. We spilt ice cream on floor and wiped it up with a serviette and it came up black from dirt on restaurant floor. I could go on with more examples.

Very annoyed and unhappy. Ordered a sticky date pudding through the drive through then waited 5mins in the line before getting to the window to pay. When I paid for my order I got handed a warm sticky date pudding with a blob of warm melted ice cream on top. Do the staff at Hungry Jacks not understand that if you put ice cream on top of a hot dessert and let it sit for more then a min everything is going to melt. Especially when the person in the drive through can’t have it for at least 5 mins away stuck in a line. If you are ordering ice cream desserts through the drive through would it not be more common sense to make the desserts fresh when you pull up to the window so you can at least have a chance to eat some of the ice cream instead of warm melted cream. Nothing is better at Hungry Jacks.
