Chanced upon this as the original place we wanted to try was not suitable. It was such a beautiful find as the food, service and ambience was excellent. The burgers were yummy, juicy with nicely toasted buns n grilled patties to perfection. The sweet potato fries were delicious. Kids’ meals were a bonus and came I a nice box. And kids are kept entertained with coloring sheets and color pencils. They even have a system to make sure that all tables have been asked for feedback re the food

Arrived at 8:15pm for a late meal after the movies. The bench seat at our table in front of the kitchen was broken (coming away from the wall), when I ordered our meal, the staff member didn’t seem to be paying attention and kept asking to repeat my selection, the drinks were warm, another staff member restocking the fridge said due to a rush, we ran out of drinks. I asked for some glasses with ice, and only 1 was brought out. The place in general looked tired. Past experiences have been good, but won’tbe going back.

The whole experience was very bad. The girl behind the counter didn’t know how to take the order. It took a while, no token was given for the donation. I went to sit at the table, 3 tables at the back were dirty, left over food still on the table. Waited for someone to come clean the table which took a while, another customer asked the waiter staff. Till now it was still ok. Then my food arrived, wrong burger, food was just left at the table. Different staff member this time, she came from behind, placed the food and left. Didn’t make sure if the order was right and by the time I figured out they brought me a meat burger (I ordered a veggie burger), she had already gone. I went and notified the girl at the counter. After me another person was served the wrong food as well. Then staff member brought me the burger , which was served already to another customer, back to me. No explanation, just placed the food on the table and left. It was very rude..this time it was only the burger no chips as I ordered. Burger was cold, as it had been sitting in front of another person. So I went and approached the girl who brought the food and asked her politely that I had also ordered chips. She comes back with chips which were again cold and same poor mannerism, just left the food at the table and went back. No apologies, not checking if I have the right order or not. Othe people were getting bit annoyed as well. No body came back later on to check if everything was fine or not. I left the cold chips and didn’t enjoy the burger at all…very poor experience.

Pretty decent burger joint the staff do the place a world of good we enjoyed our experience. When something went wrong with one of our orders they went far beyond our expectations to make it right a definite thumbs up and will definitely come back

Superb burgers!! My family thoroughly enjoyed the food here. Ordered sweet potato chips as a side and we polished it off as well. Highly recommend!

I love Grill’s for its burgers and store atmosphere and would normally give it a 5 star. However, the rating of my review today highly depends on my experience with this branch and the food I ate. Had the super sliders and it was average. The avo chips were a little weird as well. The restaurant’s vibe was a little dead, might be because its a Monday noon.
