Wait time is extremely long, apparently they’re known for it so don’t be surprised if you’ve to wait 30mins for an order even with no customers in sight. Bottled water and choice of tortillas or chips available. Food was great although it had a strange metallic aftertaste. Tables weren’t cleaned, usually oily with crumbs on them. They have a $4.95 weekday meal 2-4pm. Enjoyable meal but only if you’ve the time.

Not a good experience!! I ordered burrito with chicken on Saturday night around 6 pm. After 20 min, the chef called me and said the chicken is finished and I have to change my meat option. They even not bothered themselves to say sorry for that. Not expect something like that to happen!!! The food was usual. Not recommended!!!

Ordered the Crunchwrap supreme meal. Don’t expect too much since it’s fast food but i found it to be a hearty and satisfying meal. Taco Bell sauce comes in tiny packets but gives it extra flavour. I enjoyed the extra crunch of the crispy taco shell within the wrap.

(8:15pm Wednesday) Don’t waste your time, long queues, waited 34 minutes for my taco meal order. Everything was bland and lukewarm. Chips look heavily seasoned, but had no flavour, all colour; they were also soggy and cold. Soft drink was completely watered down with no flavour. Tacos were lukewarm and flavourless. Staff looked uninterested, and many of them don’t look like they’re doing much, even when it’s busy; poor productivity and delegation of tasks in the kitchen. Save your money and time, go to GYG or Mad Mex instead if you want fast Mex food.

Price is what Taco Bell wins on. Taste is not their USP and neither is the variety which is just sufficient. You can definitely get better food at Guzman or MadMax. Taco Bell is good if you want to break from other restaurants and want to try something new. Nachos is yum and must try. Long way to go Taco Bell. Keep improving.

Drove all the way to Blacktown just to try this. I quite like the Nachos because their sauce was quite good and unique. The queue was long but it moves quite fast. The food also out pretty fast. Overall good experience, but too far to repeat. Definitely will go again if they open a store closer to the city area.
