Today we went and had a family bundle deal & some other food. Trust me the whoppers burgers were not even warm. Anyway went and discuss with staff. He went back and put it in OVEN to warm. Hang on that have salad in it. Well asked the manager he said ok we get you a new one. Here we are burgers are warm now not FRESH not juicy just like dog food thin petty and dried like a SAHARA DESERT. Anyway never going again for reference please check the pictures. My mother and 2 brothers belong to the industry and they have saying for staff, IF YOU DON’T HAVE THE RESPECT FOR INDUSTRY PLEASE TAKE AN ADVANCE SALARY AND LEAVE. People came to fast food chains to eat fresh quality food not OVEN OR MICROWAVE WARMED. Anyway rest of the order was great with hot fresh chips. Well good luck you lost one customer today and hope you understand it why….

This had to be the longest I’ve ever waited for takeaway food I waited more then 15mins for 4 meals and watched while other people got there burgers before me. My advice is make the burgers that are first ordered then move onto the others, plus your staff are rude as hell when at 15mins I asked how much longer

Whopper was great and also the cuppacino. Did not wait too long for to pick up my meal. Other times you are in a long queue and takes longer. Staff serving were friendly. Some times you wait longer due to staffing shortages. Wherever you gou there are queues. My opinion about experience

Food was decent , but service and staff was disappointing, the two people at the counter serving were both chewing gum while interacting and taking customers orders, the people working in the back were also chewing gum and not wearing gloves when handling food , didn’t look like there was a manager around to deal with it , they were constantly touching their hair and face then touching food, going back to service the girl who was on was constantly chewing gum and blowing bubbles , they guy was eating and drinking at the front register in view of customers , honesty it’s disgusting behaviour

Rude server looked done with everyone and was super unhelpful. I tried ordering a coffee with lactose free milk and she’s like we don’t have that. I said “all the stores are supposed to have it, it’s even available on the app” she just shrugged at me.

Burgers are certainly better but I don’t know why it is a big deal for them to convert a Vegan whooper to Veggie burger, the lady was so reluctant.

I went for the burger and ask for to add an extra spicy sauce and they charged extra money and they put it in the burger and when I went back and asked them and they didn’t add the sauce until I show them a receipt. Even though they added only two drops of spicy scuse. It’s happened for my two burgers Worst customer service experience I have ever had with hungry jacks. I went on 2/2/23 at evening 6pm. The manager behaviour is wort and poor customer service. I recommend not to go to this store if you need best best burger.
