I recently visited Oporto Blacktown and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by rude and inattentive staff. She seems like an Indian Girl. Her lack of professionalism was evident throughout my entire visit.

Was quite surprised of the quality here as the chips were fresh with a nice crisp and the wrap itself was decent. The chicken didn’t taste dry and I have heard from others that they have had it consistently freshly made for them too at separate occasions. Well done for a fast food joint.

We ordered 1/2 chicken meal deal, firstly they served in a dull box was difficult to eat and rice were all mushy and burnt, when I showed it to the staff on the counter, she said we get ot like that. Was not happy to replace my meal eoth fresh rice etc. Most disappointed. Waste of money. Chicken was plain. Sauce was only put on few corners. Staff who were cooking had no cap on . Staff continualy touching their Mobile phones and then touching food without cleaning their hands. Will never go to this place again and will report to food authorities due to unhygienic practices.

I have been to this store for the very first time and my experience with the service was terrible. i have requested for both breast pieces in half chicken box but the response was~ sorry we have already packed it but still i asked him again to please if he can give me both breasts but he RUDELY said – He Can’t.

I was disgusted and appalled by the service provided at this particular Oporto. The attitude on this younger girl was horrendous. She pretended to ignore my partner and I and was gewing gum while making a narling face directed at us. Her own co-worker had to physically turn her head to face us directly and serve us. She was rude and condescending the entire time. When I asked to please put my sides in cups She just sighed as if it was to much to ask for. After we waited for our order this girl who’s name tag was covered started to point and laugh in our direction with another co-worker. When our food was ready they completely ignored what I asked for. My partner kindly asked for separate cups for the chips as putting them in a box would smother them and would go soggy. The other co-worker said “if I grab the cups can you just do it” rudely my partner replied “that’s your job” she got annoyed stormed off and put the chips in the cups as requested and walked away leaving them on the counter for my partner to pack back in. This is unexceptionable behaviour and should be addressed immediately! These two girls should absolutely not be working in hospitality with terrible additudes displayed like today. Worst experience and this is coming from someone with 5yrs of hospitality experience!

I just ordered from UBER CHK 5061 if there is a option for 0 start I am more happy to give them they not putt salt on chips they putt chips in salt and burger chicken is raw …….. it’s taste like ……..t very bad experience guys if you don’t want to give good food as you don’t have good mood you can cancel the order but don’t show you angerness in food ❌

I was waiting to get served by a person who seemed to be too busy talking to a friend who works at KMart. They appeared to be of the same nationality. As I stood there waiting to get served, I realised that she kept looking at me at the corner of her eye, as she continued talking to her KMart friend. I then realised that she would only serve me if I was looking her straight in the eyes. So, after I looked at her, she then asked for my order. I gave her my order and paid. She gave me the receipt whilst still talking to her friend. I said “thank you” sarcastically… I got no reply, as she was too busy still talking to her friend. By the way…ironically, they got her friends order wrong. I’ll be getting either Hungry Jack’s or El Jannahs from now on….keep talking to your friend…

Worst experience ever at Oporto located in westpoint food court. They gave us the wrong order and when we called them, the person who picked up the phone claimed to be the manager and he was very unprofessional and spoke very rudely and didn’t have any sense how to speak to the customers. I would never recommend anyone to go to this particular store. Whoever is the owner of this store should look deeply into these sort of unprofessional behaviours. I would give them zero star if I could for the rude behaviour of the staff.
