The worst customer service. My order took a long time until I told them. After a few minutes, they prepared my order without ice cream. They said wait, let it be ready. I waited for a few minutes. I used to work at McDonalds. I feel sorry for the young lady with glasses at front counter. Back area crew was talking and laughing. From order to meal in hand, I waited 16 minutes for a sausage and egg mcMuffin meal. To top it off I paid extra for a reusable coffee cup to be told there was none. I never said a word because the young lady serving me was clearly having anxiety from the other angry waiting customers. I feel sorry for her, she needs to leave this company.
