I ordered our usual. I ordered a foot long white meatball sub. It only had 4 meatballs on the whole sub. No meat sauce with it. I ordered the ham cheese and tomato jaffel for myself only to be told we don’t customise, I explained I always get what I ordered and have checked many times. The girl was very rude, in front of other customers. They went to toast it and i said no to toasting. I nearly told them not to bother, I thought I’m not coming back here any more. Staff have changed. Not a nice experience.

It’s a franchise yes and everything is pretty much all the same but the location differs in quality and service… Constantly I’ve paid for an extra say avocado for example, constantly not getting that or those extras. But that’s what can happen when a corporate body can dump 2 or 3 teenage kids in a branch to make sandwiches.
