First time into the store today and was impressed. Warmly greeted walking in and easy going friendly staff. Great quality food and all the salads etc looked really fresh. Sub was very very tasty. Found out they also do the brekky subs all day.

They always have a sign out the front saying staff required. Any wonder they allow bullying and will stand you up your pay. I highly recommend do not work for these people, think twice. If I could give a zero rating I would.

I had to stay all day at the sunny coast today (I’m from Brisbane), so I’m not familiar with the area. I walked over the highway, braving 4 lanes of traffic because there’s no crossing and Google maps said I could cross at the bus station. Walked all the way down in the middle of the day to get some lunch. There’s only a petrol station in the opposite direction. The area is all industrial. Only to be told by a construction worker that inside was closed. Absolutely no signage to say inside was closed and to only use drive thru. I saw a man walk in who wasn’t wearing typical construction clothing, he was actually wearing a type of suit attire. So I thought, even though they’re renovating inside, business still remain open, it’s open, right? Wrong! This place is horrible. I had a horrible and unforgiving experience. And I’ll never buy from here.

Absolutely disgusting, asked for extra olives got told the limit is 20 per sub, I asked again for extra olives and was told no that is the limit !!! Never had this problem at any other subway ,ever. Won’t be going back
