I NEVER leave reviews but the service I received tonight was insane. I placed a menu log order for 4 subs, the order came to over $70. Only 3 arrived. I called the restaurant and the girl told me she would call me right back. 30 minutes later there was no call so I decided to call back and see what was happening. A different woman answered and told me that she counted them herself and there was definitely 4 in the bag and the driver must have stolen it. I asked if they were even going to call me back and what are they going to do about it and she told me that it’s not their fault, not their problem. She then said she would speak to her manager and call me back. When she finally called back she told me again that it’s not their fault or problem and I need to sort it out myself. She was the rudest person I have even spoken to and she did not care at all.

I purchased 5 items and I was told that I couldn’t get extra sauce. Horrible customer service for paying over 60 bucks worth of sandwiches. I was told if I want extra I get the large size portions. 3 foot long sandwiches how much bigger and larger portions can I opt for. When I purchased the footlong I wasn’t educated that I can get extra but for purchasing regular salads I was told to opt for the large portion. This is how customers are fleeced. Never have I experienced such service at any Subway in Australia. This is utter rubbish and no sensitivity to the matter. How can you tell me if I’m served extra others will ask for it too. Hopeless go drown yourselves in the pots of money you’re making. Hope you pay taxes in mere honesty. Just for a sauce really. No human decency and kindness.

The service is absolutely appalling, so rude and inconsiderate , didn’t even acknowledge when I walked into the store just carried on stocking the salads, there were 5 people waiting in the line and a worker was just sitting out the back then she proceeds to come out and just starts to put random stuff on my sub.You should really be mindful of who you are hiring as this service is just outrageous. Oh and don’t forget I ordered cookies and one fell out of the bag onto the table and the guy just picks it just and throws it back in the bag. absolutely disgusting! Would not recommend EVER!

This is the first time I’ve ever not wanted to go back to a subway… 30 mins to prepare a wrap and a toastie .. to be told after it was cooked “we don’t do herb” when I asked to add herbs as requested.. clearly herbs under the counter when another staff member was looking and pulling out the herb shaker. This comes after they decide to do stuff between the back and the front instead of serving me while my partners order is being made..
