In the last month I have been there about 5 times for ice cream & every time the machine has not been working. Tonight it took about 10 minutes for the person in front of me in the drive through to order, and then Of course it was not working so then I am stuck, it took another 20 minutes for the people in front to get their order. This was at 7.30 & there were only 3 cars in the line & perhaps 3 customers inside. So much for fast food. Perhaps it’s time for a new ice cream machine.

Drive thru takes forever. Doesn’t make use of waiting bays so even if you’ve ordered only a small thing you will have to wait til the two cars with families of 7 get their orders. Drive thru is always backed up when it doesn’t need to be.

Honestly, If I could give 0 stars I would. The last 3 times buying meals in drive through we have had burgers or chips missing from the order. Tonight decided well, they have failed the 3 strike rule so how about maybe we try Menulog because it might be of a higher standard. Unfortunately our order arrived with no chips and nuggets missing.
