I rarely give a review for a McDonald’s but wanted to for the Lithgow branch as I was very impressed with the food, the nuggets were cooked very well, perfectly crispy with a light batter. My other half also said the burgers were well cooked and assembled. Also, it was a very clean McDonald’s with great dining area, big toilets and amazing kids play area.

Ordered mighty muffin with hot chocolate and a hashbrown. Hot chocolate was terrible, the worst I’ve ever had. No chocolate, probably just 1 teaspoon with milk. Mighty muffin and hashbrown were room temperature. Nice views if you were to dine in though.

Yeah give this a miss. Parked my touring bike right out of the way when ‘Gareth’ decided to make it his problem, then proceeded to ignore me prioriting customers behind me by my refusal to ‘park it outside’. I dont know this town, but having bikes stolen in the past and being my primary source of transportation- i dont see what the issue was when i was only stopping for coffee, (the place virtually empty) as i tried to explain. Pathetic. Maybe provide bike racks with locks outside if youre that worried about it.

Be careful ordering online from here, especially through Menulog. They falsely advertise a product, but when you call to correct it, you get horrible service and an immediate “We’re not responsible for Menulog”. McDonald’s, the company, is actually responsible for false advertising done under their name, and since I attempted to let them know of this issue, which in Australia is ILLEGAL, and was met with such a rude dismissal, I’ll just contact fair trading to correct this issue so more people don’t waste money on a product not even offered.

Was charged twice for my meal due to computer error and then brushed off when I requested a refund for the extra charge. The manager had horrible customer service skills walked off and left the trainee to decide whether or not I should receive the meal I had paid for twice. At the end of it all only choice provided to get my money back was to lodge a request through my bank.
