I came here at the bequest of another reviewer, and I must say it is what it was made out to be. The food was absolutely scrumptious. I absolutely loved both the butter and barbeque chicken it was rich and juicy in flavour. The noodles weren’t quite up my alley, but placed next to the chicken, it didn’t even matter. The prices are amazing proportionally to the amount of food you receive. They are basically handing it out!! I will come again. P.S. make sure to ask to eat in for larger servings

I cannot communicate enough how much I love the simplistic yet authentic cuisine that Mr Wongs provide. I always order the plum chicken, juicy and succulent, and the butter chicken, so tangy and creamy. And of course, the pad thai noodle base, can’t go wrong. Its cheap, affordable and down right amazing. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Depending who serves you, depends on how much you get. Some of the younger student age servers, literally knock meat off the ladle to make sure you’re getting the least amount possible. I understand portion control, but this results in the same fresh food, being dried out and tough, still sitting there 2hours later. Shame!

Atmosphere is only bad because it is in the Myer food court which is very enclosed and there’s lots of fast food so the area is a bit bad but that’s not mr wongs fault. One of the ladies working there is absolutely amazing she was so sweet when I went there. Food is great, cost is great. I love this place, only problem is where it is. Always crowded and gross around it.

I used to love this place but in last 2 or so years its not as good. If I get the BBQ pork most times I barely get any, the hokien noodles are dry and not much taste. And the amount of meat you get when you get either 2 or 3 choices is getting less.
