Came here to leave a review to remind others to check the number of chicken when pick up. Apparently, getting less chicken than the amount you ordered is common in this kfc. I don’t expect top services, but I expect the staff to be able to count 1-20.

This is the worst KFC I have visited. It is close to home so I keep going back hoping things have improved. Wait times in the drive-thru are too long and it seems to be a problem with order taking. The speaker is always terrible. I can’t hear them and they can’t hear me. Only once or twice has my order been complete and correct. The store has been recently renovated but I fear it is only cosmetic or surface changes as they still disappoint.

Been in this outlet for multiple times but the experience have been really terrible. few weeks ago, i ordered 10 pieces of wings and came home with it, found only 6 pieces. Called the store, they said come and get more, What if you are in Wilton area, would you come for 4 more pieces?

The guy at the window named Andrew, was very rude and not very social, he put the card machine out with a dirty look and wasn’t told to drive to the next window and everything i asked for was not correct and when i asked for what i asked for he was rude.

Do yourself a favour and drive to the spring farm or narellan location. This place is a absolute joke the food is absolutely disgusting the workers stuff up the order everytime without fail they recently renovated the place. Tuesday, 28/02/23. I walked inside and stood at the front counter to be looked at by 2 different staff, one being the manager on duty. No one came to take my order just looked at me and continued doing what they were doing. There were no other customers in the store and I was completely ignored. Disgraceful service, this is how these businesses lose money. When will the staff realise they represent the brand? As a customer, I expect at the very least to be acknowledged, but I couldn’t even get that.

You cannot trust these people. I ordered 2 chicken wings box (10 pieces each). When I came home and checked there were only 9 pieces in each box. And this was not the first time this has happened to me. Luckily the store was not too far so we went back and reported it. Make sure to check if you have received the right quantity of pieces for what you have paid for before leaving the store. Really wish that the employees were more accountable and faithful to their customers and try not to make such dishonest gains by fooling their customers. Buyers be aware. I would give them zero stars for this if i could.
