Waited over an hour for this to be delivered and this is what I get? cold hard chips places upside down in the bag, Rock hard cold hash browns that we’re probably sitting there all day and night, I order food from Cannington or Livingston and it comes fresher and faster then yous who are 5 mins drive from my house. It’s absolutely ridiculous, stop employing every man and his dog who walk through the door and start employing people who actually know how to pack bags and make fresh food!

Me and my mate ordered 2 lrg frozen cokes and a oreo mcflurry at 5:18 we were there first then more than 10 people can in and got lots of food then we complained 3 times and a young whit blonde lady said she will check so she left then we she came back she said nothing and kept giving people their orders. After 50 minutes we complained again and this lady overheard us said that they forgot her buns in her burger complained for us and we finally got our order a 6:02. horrible communication to us customs and the McFlurry was half melted when we go it dont go there!!

Horrible service I was there with my mate before anyone else started ordering and we ordered 2 frozen cokes and 1 Oreo MCflurry and we had to go ask the blonde white girl to make our order 3 times before she did anything we ended up waiting AN HOUR before we got our 3 items and people who ordered massive feasts got their items before us too they also forgot some ladies buns ON HER BURGER this is all outrageous do better

Staff were a little rude on this occasion. They also placed hot custard pies inside the happy meal boxes, and had failed to tell me they were inside them after I checked the bag in which to not find them along side another burger meal. Logic of placing these hot items in a children’s meal, not on!!

Many times this store has let me down. I just paid $10 for a crispy chicken salad, got half a box of salad and no dressing, 1 cherry tomatoe and lettuce with a bit of chicken and bacon bits. (At least the bacon was there) The frappe was half full. This store really struggles to follow order notes and provide condiments like dressings butters and what ever else is meant to come with meals.

Absolutely just had it with this particular McDonalds. We have NEVER received somewhat decent service or food from them. We constantly have to wait over 20mins in the waiting bay, then they bring your food and it’s all wrong. Tonight, was the VERY LAST TIME I’ll be going to McDonalds Forest Lakes. They completely forgot to add sauce to all our burgers, the coke tasted diluted as if they forgot to add syrup and the food was ice cold. It’s disgusting to say the least. They seriously need perhaps better management and staff. I’ll be trying to reach head office.
