My goodness, I am very impressed by this Red rooster at Thornlie… The food ordered (Spicy box large combo with lemon sprite) was so good and fresh… Packing was very systematic… Full ratings… I’ll come again for other meals… The front staff girl was so sweet and humble, my goodness, I rate her skills very highly… She even made it effortless with less time to customize a sauce and helped her fellow other staff member in executing the functionality on the counter machine… She was very lovely and sweet… The place is very clean and well maintained… I rate all the staff members very high…

Everyone else had dry chicken – mine was raw and had a very strange smell especially around the wings, like it was a bit off. I threw it out $21.00 (for a whole chicken and Large chips) down the drain. The supermarket chickens are better, bigger and tastier. Won’t be returning sorry. Don’t need a reply or am not looking for anything free – just want you to pay more attention to cooking and kitchen hygiene.

Not very good service from the people that work here. The chick that’s always working drive through is very rude and pushy. She always gets the order wrong and try’s to charge for the more expensive thing hoping no one complains. We went in to complain tonight after the gave us a combo instead of the spicy box. They clearly made a a mistake and weren’t very helpful trying to fix. Trying to charge us more to get the box meal. Overall not great service 🙁 thumbs down from us. Need to get some customer service training and order taking / preparing.

Food quality is not bad here at the Thornley branch, but the customer service is very rude and impolite. I visited on 27.08.2023 at around 12 pm, the lady was pretty rude, when it was ready for swipe my card she was like ”GO AHEAD” instead of saying please swipe when you ready; it was almost like somene angriliy yeiling at you. The same lady few weeks ago, when I walked in to order something, rather than asking ‘how can I help you” was saying ”are you here for Ubereats pickup?” I answered no, I am here to order some food, what made you think it is appropriate to ask that question to a possible customer!!!…That time I just ignored it but this time I am expressing my dissatisfaction with the poor customer service approach. I would have given 5 star rating otherwise.

35 dollars for dry chicken and one scoop of potatos swimming in gravy? What a complete scam. So dry I had to choke it back. Never again. Also can’t help but feel they doused it in gravy so they can “hide” how little mash potato they give you. Ridiculous.
