Went to McDonald’s Ascot for lunch with friends after church. We managed to navigate the self-ordering and requested table service. When the tray of food was brought out the young boy managed to tip both drinks out on the tray. A co-worker helped sort it out and we did get fresh hot food fairly quickly. Overall food, service and atmosphere was what I expected. Still good for the kids though.

I got a Sunday a chocolate fudge sundae but I brought my own spoon because I really hate the bamboo ones but it’s good for the environment so don’t go back to plastic and they added a lot of chocolate sauce which is what you always want it was nice they work like busy but they didn’t take a very long time it was nice

i NEVER write reviews but tonight just made me mad. placed an online order, went to the drive through to go pick it up, waiting at the speaker for about 5 minutes, the drive thru is empty. pull up to the window to see a young man standing there making drinks, we were sitting there for about 10 minutes trying to get his attention he just walked off. we beeped the horn and eventually called and asked what was going on and he said that the system was down. okay?? you could’ve just told us that instead of blatantly ignoring us. so whoever was working tonight around 2am needs to work on their customer service. and learn how to do their job. train your workers better
