Pathetic Service – I called store minimum 6 times and no answer and I ended up ordering online. I added special instructions for the pizza that never happened. Finally my phone was answered and was very rude service over the phone. Onions were not fresh, some of the slices only had cheese and sauce as you can see in picture. This wasn’t cut properly – I had video but was unable to upload it. When we called the store they were unable to make a replacement and they advised you can call tomorrow and speak to the owner. Will NEVER MEVER GO Back

i order spicy veg pizza at 10:40 and i got bacon on that.. when i called at store they saying we can’t do anything because we close. so they want me to eat pizza with bacon.. even this is not first time it happend with us 3-4 time sometimes me got stale pizza base sometime we got chickn or bacon pizza..

Made this pizza and then says we cannt do anything about this. Nobody replied to my online complaint as well. Instead of being nice, one of the guy says I cannt give you free pizza voucher, which I didnt ask for. I dont need free food from you. If you had some sense how to serve customers, you should have apologised.

I normally order from this store and they are okay. Delivery staff usually delivery within a fairly quick time of ordering. But twice now (today and once previous) I have ordered pepperoni puff rolls that are made with dough instead of puff pastry, and pizza sauce inside (which is not a part of the ingredients) with about one piece of pepperoni inside. I’ve tried calling the store four times in the past 20 minutes (2pm in the afternoon) and no one is answering.

Ridiculous experience here. Ordered the vegan spicy veg supreme but when eating it at home I noticed it was normal cheese so I said to the restaurant that they had made this mistake, they then offered to replace the order which I have just collected and once again got home to find normal cheese on it so now I’m 2 pizzas down and still starving. Never ordering from here again, this was a joke.
