Do an online order, go to pick it up and also ask for fresh food, was a BBQ Bacon Angus meal also nuggets. The chips were old and cold and the nuggets were hard so they went into the bin, the burger was only okay. Not happy when you send nearly $30. Will be going to the one at the homemaker centre from now on

I was the only person in the drive through and I was met with terrible attitude and was given the wrong burger. When I complained I was told there was nothing they could do about it when the burger I ordered and payed for was on the receipt. Very disappointed with the service and the quality!! Would not recommend to anyone to go the McDonalds on Durlacher street!

A good McDonald’s overall, especially the obliging and efficient young man taking orders, but maybe let down a bit by the lacklustre design and layout. Not the smart stream-lined look of the more contemporary McDonald’s we’ve become accustomed to.

0/10. Made us wait at the box and didn’t say a word. Some guy came out and put cones behind our car and didn’t say anything to us. Waited forever obviously at a broken box. Ended up getting sick of waiting and went to the first window where they had a trainee on by herself. Not even an apology for making us wait forever. Then she messed up our order. Then we mentioned it and they wouldn’t fix it. Not happy. Do better, McDonald’s.

Business hours online need updating. Drove a good distance because it says you’re open 24 hours so understandably p*ssed off to arrive @2am and find it closed.
