Attended the other night, drove into drive through and was told that they could not take orders in drive through, I had to go out and inside to order. Once inside , they took 20 mins to say sorry we can’t do one of your items, I was given options for two alternatives, I accepted one but still had to wait another 10 minutes to get the alternative option. Drove out of the restaurant realising they did not even give me my drink , very frustrating, I’d not be going back. 2 weeks ago I paid for an order twice as I was told the money would bounce back as there was a communication error with eftpos. I gave them the benefit of doubt as I used to work at maccas myself and it was a normal occurrence that would happen. I waited a week I still didn’t get my refund and then I went back to explain to a manager who wrote down my details and it never got passed on. I had to go back 2 days later and explain to another manager. It took over 2 weeks to organise it.

Really bad service. Asked for hazelnut latte, a sprite with one of the meals and a few other burgers. They stuffed up the order. Then said sorry you have to go through the drive through again to fix it. Then said to wait out and said they will bring it out. Then came out with the burgers but forgot the sprite again. We only realised when we left. Not going there again. Staff seems to be in a rush just to get through the orders. A little customer service would be nice.
