We were on the way to Sydney, Ordered drive through family feast and had to wait in waiting bay to get it. Once received half of items missing. Since we drove back it was late to go back and claim back. Check your items are in the bag before you leave drive through.

I ordered a large feast meal via drive through on my way home. The lid wasn’t properly put the large potato and gravy so by the time I got home there was no gravy in the container, it has soaked through the bag and all of er my work laptop bag and all through the three packets of chips.noy everyone in the house likes gravy so some very disgruntled diners.

I didn’t get what I ordered & when I took it back I wasn’t met with a very favourable response….It was rectified but with great effort and like it was my fault….It also had another mistake on checking but I was too worried about going back in to fix it after that response….I went in store because I have special requirements but it didn’t seem to help….The staff made me feel like a problem….

Very slow in store, lots of kids running around like chooks without supervision. 2 meals were delivered over the counter in 30mins. Drive through seemed to be moving OK. I won’t be back.

50 minute wait time! Being a large KFC on a popular travel route to the south, one of the first fast food places you come to from Wollongong/Sydney/Central Coast, you would think that the day before a public holiday, they would roster staff appropriately. Well apparently not, and not even close. There were almost 100 people waiting for their meals and Oportos shut at 8pm, and McDonald’s was the same re wait times…
