This store is badly managed between each section of sales,… there was no customer service at all,… and importantly bathroom facilities were not upto standard …the young chap was gracious but could not manage front desk on his own….

Monday 14th August 2023, around 2.30pm stopped for a break and snack on the way home to Coffs Harbour. Before ordering we went to the toilets, the smell of urine in the men’s was pungent with no exaggeration, even the toilet brush holder was half full of urine and the floor messy with tissues, the woman’s toilet was also very messy but no smell. The food ordered was good, the service was only ok, but again the restaurant floor and tables messy and tables not wiped clean, and the outdoor area also messy and unclean. Overall the presentation of the store was a disgraceful, a bad example for the KFC brand. This store needs closer supervision!

This place is filthy. The Floor was covered in food. Every table was dirty with rubbish on it. When we asked to have a table wiped down the young worker was rude and very put out. She did wipe down one table leaving the seats covered in food, chicken bones on the floor and leaving the rest of the tables dirty. This place is a health Hazard.

Don’t go to KFC Armidale, instead go to red rooster, they even have crunchy chicken! Don’t wait more than 30mins for your food, which will be half filled chips or half sized tenders. Red rooster better bang for your buck!

Ordered 2 original crunch twister boxes. Received 2 zinger crunch twister boxes, no spoons to eat the potato and gravy (which were only half full at best), no serviettes, no straws, charged $36.90 for the two meals (when it clearly stated $35.90 on the kfc app), and not issued a receipt so we could not take the order back so it could be swapped accordingly. Drive through times were beyond lengthy. I would have given the place 0 stars if it allowed.

This KFC restaurant can’t get the orders correct. Surely, management can organise their staff better. Maybe better education of staff, and don’t use inexperienced staff during busy times.

Like most KFC’s, it is understaffed, the restaurant looked to be quite clean, they had quite a line up for the drive thru and only a couple of customers in store. Several 3rd party delivery drivers were waiting around for jobs and one unfortunately decided to tell one of the young workers off because he had been kept waiting for several minutes

This is the first KFC that I have visited that doesn’t have dry cardboard flavoured chicken. The chicken here was actually very good and moist. Hopefully, it is their standard offering.
