Food great, come here all the time.. Young staff members are slow and bad service, the store was a ghost town for 10minutes then 3 staff members came out at once, as if they were all messing around out back. Got order wrong twice, and corrected twice. Will still come here in future but hope more responsible staff are on shift.

At exactly 10:24 saturday 3rd there was a young worker laying down on the front serving bench. I understand it’s quiet but obviously he shows a great concern for health and safety. Very unhygienic and makes you wonder what it’s like out the back. Will never be going back.

Ordered a zinger stacker burger and a zinger bacon and cheese, however there was no sauce on either burger or any cheese on the zinger bacon and cheese. Disappointing that there was no sauce I understand not having stock due to the recent flood but could have informed the customer if there wasn’t sauce. If they forgot that’s pretty slack of the staff as it isn’t hard to make a burger and this was also after dinner rush – deserve better considering cost $30+ for the two meals.

Worst KFC in the area, staff don’t serve you they just stare at you whilst talking, throwing food at each other or using the tongs to pick up chicken bits to grab each other with and always seem to screw up your order. Always 10 staff on but 1 person actually working and 9 others just talking doing nothing productive, waited 30 minutes for 2 large chips absolute joke
