Person taking order continuosly made mistakes on my order despite my correcting him. Order arrived quickly without my drink and with an extra unwanted item….i guess i paid for but who cares at this point. Paper bag tore and order spilt onto concrete as soon as i stepped outside. Chips were cold, rubbery and under seasoned.

me and my Girlfriend were served by Bev, and she was so inviting and enthusiastic about her job, did everything with a smile. I had a difficult order and she got it spot on no problem or look of impatience. every KFC needs a Bev. food was very well made too 10/10.

First things first. NEVER talk and joke to your co workers about sleeping with a guy at a party while you are serving customers. Second, a smile and a greeting at the drive through door goes a long way, NEVER just hand over the food and slam the window. I didn’t get the girls name but she had white painted fingernails.
