Person who served me was very kind and brought a lot of good energy, especially since my order was almost fully customised. Toilets and resturant were clean, and my food was at the top standard for a kfc. KFC is very dependant on the day and who is working, but I’m pleased with my experience today

We had been waiting for the KFC for more than 20 minutes just for the staff to turn around and tell us that there is a five minute wait on zinger fillets. We then sat and waited. Then to be told that there was no boneless pieces would we like wicked wings? We were then told that there were no wicked wings either. We had been waiting for more than half an hour at this point when others started to complain because this was completely ridiculous and our other food had gone stone cold. We were about to get a refund and go to MacDonalds when FINALLY our food was brought out.

Got a zinger box (which they charge more now as it comes with boneless chicken instead of wings) there would be more meat on 1 wing then I got for these 2 boneless pieces. How can you look at something and go yeah someone’s going to want this for the price they have paid. Zinger burger was also chewy like rubber.

30 min wait in drive through tonight (Thursday 6:10pm). No warning of continued delays or updates as I progressed from order to payment, no apologies for the delay when I finally received my food. It looked like there was enough staff but I think they were prioritising customers in store and ignoring drive through.

Was one of the last 3 cars to go through the drive thru last night, 11.09 took our order, told us all to wait in the waiting bay..and we waited and waited, while we are watching them close up?!.. my partner and the other two customers were at the door asking for our food, whilst being ignored by all of them. Finally after realising their mistake, they’re all scrambling around like headless chooks, trying to get our orders, come as a group to the door, with attitude to give our food, and laughing..ripping people off is not funny, to the girls working that shift, learn some manners and respect, unacceptable behaviour

Worst service and tastes terrible ordered ahead through an app I still have to wait 20+ min and on top of that they messed up with the order. I’ve been there twice and have to wait long plus their wings are the worst never gonna order through this branch.
