One of the more average KFCs around blacktown area. Still tastes like KFC, but sometimes not up to par with other KFCs I’ve been too in the past. Thought if I’m in the mood for KFC, this is my go-to because it’s close. So definitely good enough not to justify driving another 10 minutes for a slightly more consistent one.

First time experiencing this place through the drive through .food was handed over piping hot no longer then two mins after we ordered .chips were seasoned to perfection fresher then my aunt Sally from samoa.the chicken was also fresh but in this instance we found ourself with a first time problem my wife and I. The chicken pieces were to big lol these are the types of problems we want to have more often .we ate in the car park which was quiet clean and also had a variety of hungry patrons privately scoffing down there fresh kfc in their cars.

Worker Bara took our drive through order very rudely, what she repeated was incorrect and it took a long time to order. She didn’t advise us of the wait time on our order. Same as the girl at the payment window name Milns, who advised us to wait without saying it would be 30mins minimum to get our order. When our food came to the car it was still missing part of our order which we confirmed 3 times at the order window before payment and we had to go back into the KFC fix it. These staff need better training, or supervision from management to adapt their service. An apology or a polite smile would have been the least decent thing to offer and they couldn’t manage to do either.
