Disgusting $11.90 for a chicken snack pack that has cold chips, the cold chicken is at least 3 days old dryed out and a piece can not be broken with the full force of your fingers let alone eaten. Bbq sauce is totally covering it to disguise the burnt old chicken. Cannot be eaten due to food poisoning risk. Waste of money.

Amazing Charcoal chicken juicy and tasty, and really friendly staff. Can get busy, so sometimes you have to wait. However it is worth it, but the pierce de resistance is the garlic sauce. It is honestly the best I have had in Sydney, I go there just for that.

Ordered this so called chicken snack pack which costs 8.50. Literally all of it was chips as you can see with some shredded chicken on top which tasted stale.

I remembered this place was great. But I have to say food has gone downhill. Chicken has been average, chips look and feel old, not fresh, and the fattoush salad we received didn’t have any crunchy bread pieces even though there was some in the tray. Very disappointing. We’ll need to find another local chicken shop that won’t charge an arm and a leg like El Jannah do when you order via a delivery system.

I wrongly accused Natasha for leaving my roll halfway to serve another client, because I assumed that the chicken was cooked already and that she was taking too long to serve my roll to me. She corrected me and I took offence because it seemed like she raised her voice at me. So I asked for my money back and left. It then hit me that Natasha had actually dealt really professionally and was so kind to sincerely apologize as I was leaving, that I felt compelled to go back and apologize for my behaviour. I request the owner/manager to commend her and boost her morale as she’s proved to be a valuable asset to the company! I will be coming back for more Shawarma!

WORST CHARCOAL CHICKEN I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. It was literally all burnt! No one in their right mind would have eaten it, and yet they’re selling this quality to their customers. Do yourself a favour and don’t bother eating here, unless you want to be disappointed. Never coming back here again!!

I’m not sure what happened to this venue, but it has turned into complete trash. Hommus was watered down, and chips tasted like grease. I’m not sure how often the oil is being changed here. Tabouli salad was turning brown. The chicken was dry and rubbery.
