Sent to wrong window to pay by server. Told to drive around again to pay and waited behind 2 more cars until I could. At least 20 mins. Mistakes happen but it was still very ordinary. Food was good

I asked for a breakfast footlong with tomato and I wanted toasted. It was put in the oven for 10 seconds so when it was given to me the egg was cold the bacon uncooked and not presented in a pleasant manner at all. The young girl serving me was unhappy and did not smile … I have only eaten subway maybe twice EVER now I know why.

I got my daughter to purchased a large salad bowl for my lunch and was disappointed with the poor amount of product put in the bowl the salad and meat only half filled the large bowl, it cost me $15.00 and literally had 3 pieces of tomato, 4 baby spinach leaves and minimal salad

Embarrassing excuse for sandwich, the ‘footlong’ was literally half the size of every other subways footlong I counted 5 piece of spinach like 3 pickles a PINCH of lettus and carrot the smothered in sauce. Everything was in the middle of the sandwich when I asked to spread it out, It was the BIGGEST effort of this girls life. She forgot to put salads on it and I had to repeat myself. All in all. A bad experience. Get better staff and make a foot long at the very least 10 inches long.
