Ordered 10 nuggets and two frozen drinks. The guy was charging me for 24 nuggets. I told him that I had asked for 10, as my 9 year old daughter isn’t going to be eating 24 nuggets on her own. He then had to call the manager, as he had already invoiced the sale. The manager came up to me, and in a smug tone says “so, you want to change your order”. Get your facts right, the cashier got MY order wrong. They then had to give my money back, even though I hadn’t paid yet. So they give me the refund for the incorrect order, before taking my entering the right order. The then factor in the change with the $50 note I had given them. The guy gave me $18 in coins….. OKAY. I then stand at the counter where you receive your order. I waited for 15 minutes as I watched other customers come and go, people that had ordered after me. I was only waiting on the ten nuggets. I then asked the guy who was handing out the orders if my number had been called (I knew it hadn’t been called as I was there the whole time). He then smiled, picked up a box that had been sitting under his nose the whole time, smiled and handed me my order.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at KFC. Despite ordering food, my order arrived with cold burgers not once, but twice. On the third attempt, they simply microwaved the burgers, resulting in an unpleasant meal. The overall quality was far from satisfactory, making it a regrettable visit.

Went on my lunch break and went to kfc expecting a quick serving time since there was so many staff standing around. But nope like said those staff were only standing around waited about 15-20mins of my lunch break waiting for my meal. which only one member of staff was actually working up front. he was restocking the fridge and trying to fulfill the backed up orders.

Located at third floor food court. Ordered zinger twister crunch but they left out the crunch (corn chips). That’s equivalent to the original twister if they’re not putting the chips in. Disappointed.

Staff service was upto the mark. Taste of chicken was good but 1-2 pieces were not cooked properly. I didn’t enjoyed eating. Hope they will improve their service and cooking method.

The staff all looks young and probably they are all teenagers. There are lack of motivation when they are working and seems there’s no proper process and people are waiting for their queue. The gravy i had was burnt. The staff doesn’t seem to know how to put value on their service. You have to ask for a bag even your order is take away, to ask for a wet wipes and spoom as well. They just give ur chicken that they shoot it in the box just like that. Store manager should look after her team, poor teens. They doesn’t seem to enjoy their work in this kfc.

what the ……most disorganised bunch of staff I have seen…slow as a sloth…..no focus on their job or customers……no organisational skills with the manager..oh “. we’ve ran out of potato gravy.”.oh”. we’ve ran out of CHICKEN!!!”…hold on I thought I was at KFC and the C stands for chicken….HOW CAN THEY RUN OUT OF FRICKIN CHICKEN!!!!….or it might be the staff that are the issue… don’t know….. never again…half an hour wait for a meal…
