We order family feast, we request no wings and the staff said yes. We take our food and we go home. when we open the box the chicken burn, only 9 pcs chicken and we got wings and the gravy is just like a brown water. Not worth it for $35 never back again.

The last 2 times I have ordered from the Belmont KFC for home delivery, both times there were no chips included in the meals. Please get your staff to check the orders prior to sending them off. I get that they’re only chips but I pay for them, so try and do the bare minimum and deliver the customers what they pay for.

Poor food experience and the front shop area is so disgusting. There wasn’t a single table wiped down, there was food trailed from outside the front door to every seat, table and under every table. Chips, lettuce and chicken crumbs covering the floor. All the staff working were having a chat and clearly not going to try to make front shop area hygienic by wiping down a table. I had to go to the car to get some wipes to clear a table so my family could sit down to eat. No one was dining in and there literally wasn’t one table without food and grease covering it. Pathetic and disturbingly unhygienic during times where covid is rampant!!! Come on guys. Wiping down these tables and sweeping the floor would take 10 minutes. Not everyone is ordering via ubereats and some people still want to dine in….just not here.

Been to lots of KFCs and disappointed with cleanliness and freshness of food but this one was of the highest quality. Friendly and efficient staff, excellent food and spotless eating area. Manager here should be proud. Would highly recommend

Visited here late on a Wednesday night, kept it simple with a tenders box, I enjoyed it for the most part. But the hours of projectile vomiting once I got home was not enjoyable, sweating profusely hanging my head in a toilet over some chicken was definitely not worth it, all Thanks to the 16 year old kid cooking who gave me food poisoning
