Ordered a 3 piece feed, 2 piece feed and Zinger box meal. My wing was burnt to black charcoal. We also asked for thighs and legs and didn’t get what we ordered even after telling them please check if we can get those pieces otherwise we won’t order. Chips were cold and tasted powdery

We buy kfc about once or twice a week and every time we do we are disappointed with the food we always order a zinger chicken fillet (as my elderly mother doesn’t eat burgers) and it is so dry you can’t eat it and 2 zinger fillet burgers with extra Mayo and this time there was not even any Mayo to talk about!!!

The word pop corn chicken used to mean round pieces of chicken. These could roll off the plate. The one’s we bought on our last visit were flat, small pieces of anything but pop corn chicken. Even the colour was off. For the price I expect to get some chicken. This we did not get. Why only have a regular gravy when it is clearly a small. Regular usually means there is another size. There isn’t. For the price it is better to go elsewhere.
