The food was very disappointing. The chicken was dry and the skin so hard it could chip your teeth. The gravy on the potato was like water and the chips not cooked properly and no salt. Tried calling a few times and no answer. Bought the family feast. We couldn’t eat it.

It’s unfortunate the money they spent on renovating the restaurant. They couldnt serve fresh burgers and chicken. I made a mistake rating the food here high. It was the worst KFC me and my family have eaten. Burger box and original chicken. It was awful chicken was dry and tasteless. Chicken in the burgers were hard as rock . It’s like we were the only customers at 3pm who got the morning prepped chicken. Good thing is my dogs didn’t mind it. Chips were nice, best part of the whole meal.

I like popcorn chicken and purchase it often. I don’t mind that sometimes popcorn chicken doesn’t have chicken, I think it’s normal. But since I had popcorn chicken in KFC RHODES ,I realized that the quality is low compared to Rhodes. I bought a small size one from Penrith south shop and there were too many popcorns no chicken ( see the photos), I think that it is not very nice , hope they will read my comment and cook the popcorn chicken better !

Advertised the Christmas and July feast on the board in the drive thru and couldn’t purchase the meal because the manager and team didn’t know how to put it through, made excuses like it was only an in app purchase but if it was only in app why would they have it on the board and no message on it that said in app only, also the app crashed yesterday so it couldn’t be used. Went in around 5:20 on the 1st of July and the manager was not helpful at all or willing to do anything to help.

Food is fine, if they can be arsed getting it right. No real counter to place an order, let the customer do it via the app….. or as I’ve come to know it, the kfc roulette app, spend your money on your order and if you’re lucky, they’ll get it right.

I wanted to try the new robot in drive through. Don’t bother, it’s slow & difficult to get from the carriage through your car window. We watched the 2 cars infront of us & thought it was just them until we had the same problem.
