Didn’t get given the second fries I paid for in the zinger box. I would’ve just ordered a normal meal then without paying the extra cost. But at least was glad that it was fresher than other kfcs.

Slow service. Staff not friendly or helpful. Had to wait over 15mins for chicken pieces. Maybe if you don’t have chicken available put up a sign stating this so we don’t order that. Was given 3 small pot and gravy instead of a family size. Store is filthy needs a good clean and music blaring like it’s nightclub or something. Stop being scabby and fill the chips up properly too ! ♀️

Chicken was inedible and was almost black, as if it had been sitting there for days. Chips tasted and looked old. Grandparents had to return a couple of times for missing items. If I had paid for this I would have brought it back and requested it all made fresh. Not Impressed. Poor effort. Do better!!!

Hardly ever get the order right at drive through. And never order through Uber eats, they charge nearly $9 delivery fee. About $6 above average.

This place has a wonderful atmosphere and the food is delicious. There is almost no wait times for your food and it is always served fresh. My only gripe is the chicken on the Original recipe burger was quite small and a little on the dryer side, but the popcorn chicken is to die for. Would definitely recommend.

Not happy customer KFC last week missing chicken nuggets this week got half full potato and gravy. The gravy was so watered down it barely had any taste. I took it back got told that was the batch today and all of them would be like that.totally unacceptable. Getting very disappointed KFC too many mistakes continually
