Its not often I walk into a restaurant and get the feeling like I know the person greeting me, like they’re a friend. This is a sign of great customer service for me. We thoroughly enjoyed the food too. Will be back again when in Nowra.

Group of 10 came to try this restaurant, “open 11am-late”. We were greeted with a sign saying “back in 30 minutes”. We tried calling the number but no one picked up. We waited about 45 minutes for a 30 minute return. There was movement inside the restaurant but the doors still didn’t open. We called again and the phone was picked up by the man inside, only 5 meters away from us (couldn’t even come to the door?). He was rude, abrupt, and condescending on the phone.

We waited an hour for food. There seemed to be more people waiting for their meals than eating, we cancelled our order and went down the road. Better organisation needed. Sterile environment.

Triple cheeseburger was fantastic and the snackbox lunch was awesome. Friendly staff as well. Only criticism is that the place could do with a little more ambience.
