It’s unfortunate that I post this as I don’t like publicly giving bad reviews but there seems to be no other way to contact them in writing to inform them. Last night my husband felt like a hamburger from a fish and chip place and thought we would try jamz. We got 2 hamburgers. Unfortunately they did not go down well and we both now have food poisoning. Went to bed early but by the early hours of the morning we haven’t stopped going to the toliet as well as vomiting. The pain and cramps are unbearable. No wonder no one was in the store at dinner time. Sorry guys but you need to check you food and equipment are clean.

Extremely disappointed in our meal tonight, when I rang to order I asked if the chicken burger was real chicken breast or processed, the lovely young lady asked her superior and was told it was real breast, the buger was not only processed but was half the size of the bun, this was disappointing as i had rang ahead to ask.

Bought 2 fish fillets and chips. Disappointed. No seasoning on fish. Fish crumbed ( cost $1 extra for it, even just for frying not even grill )

I am a long-term customer of Jamz, Food is great. Love the souvlaki and the staff are always welcoming. One staff member has poor attitude however not complaining when the food is great. Thank you all for always making me feel comfortable and cooking up a good feed.
