Late decision to eat here on a Monday night and we are so happy we did! It got very busy but the lovely staff did not miss a beat – and the meals were sensational. The Duck Risotto and Gnocchi Beef Cheeks get special mentions. Well done guys – you deserve a higher rating.

Visiting from out of town, went today, 12th August, 2023. The waitress was fantastic and made the visit remarkable. Coffee was great and the food was delicious and as asked for. Very pleasant setting. Bonus was they are dog friendly in there outdoor seating.

Fratellini is one of our favourite places. It’s perfectly situated on Duke St has inside and alfresco dining areas. We usually sit outside because we have our dogs with us and the staff always welcome them.

Fratellini was a great place to have lunch. A jovial host and waiter, who I presume was the owner, a pleasant Italian inspired vibe in Sunshine Beach’s quaint shopping precinct and a very enjoyable glass of Italian Pino Grigio. Water came out very quickly – a must in a good Italian restaurant – then our food, that was delicious. My lunch special barramundi was crunchy with a tangy salad and my partner had the Spaghetti Norma – good, but lacked seasoning. Overall, good value, a very enjoyable lunch and definitely recommended.

My husband and I had dinner at Fratellini Ristorante Italiano tonight and we had the best bruschetta and pizza base ever! And the NZ Pinot Noir was also very good. This was topped off with fast and friendly service, so I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Dee Fraumeni
