I had a fantastic experience at Hunter&Barrel! The food was delicious; we started with the calamari, which was excellent, and the T-bone steak was absolutely amazing. What stood out was their attention to dietary requirements; they prepared our food separately, which was much appreciated. Our waiter, Abdul, was incredibly welcoming and a great guy. This was an ABSOLUTE experience!!!!!! 10/10!!! Took my hubby for his birthday and was our very first time trying it too. I got the pork ribs and he got the rib eye steak. It was beyond delicious!! Cant describe how good the food actually was… needless to say, i sent my hubby to cloud nine hahaa the steak was juicy and had a perfect medium rare, pork fell off the bone, sauces were delicious; can tell it’s made from scratch and chips fried to perfection. And for dessert, we have an apple tart and a chocolate s’more. Absolutely delicious!! And we even got to taste a couple of dessert wines aswell!! As by my request, the staff sang happy birthday to my hubby. You have your own staff member serving you. We had Sophie who was really friendly, had good humour, made us feel welcomed and comfortable and had a really good conversation with her. Brilliant customer service!! And all the other staff greeted us too!! They were friendly and all had a smile on their faces. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The driest chicken I have ever eaten. It is so dry that I drank 2 bottles of water to balance the water level. The atmosphere and the service were good, though. It is a place that you would only come here for drinking, but then you can’t because you need to book in advance. So, which practically means that I won’t come here again.

Came here with some friends for a catchup lunch. The meal was generally fine but our kids burgers arrived burnt. The staff took it back to the kitchen to get them redone but no apology nor something extra offered for the added wait for their meals. Opportunity lost for some extra service points!

What a gem spot in Perth! This was some of the best food I’ve had, and the service was remarkable! The drinks were tasty, a great wine selection. The deserts as you can see are just mouth watering as was dinner…but the sweets definitely left the biggest smile!

I’ll start off by saying the interior was absolutely beautiful and the service was amazing also! The bar was absolutely stunning also. The food though was average, we got the chicken which was nice and cooked well and their roasted vegetables which was in my opinion not tasty, I wish they would revise that dish and make it more tasty and flavourful! we also tried their three cheese dip with pita which was so fluffy and cooked beautifully and the cheese dip was so tasty and came sizzling hot! Their drinks were also really nice, overall the food was average and if I were to come again I would try a steak and something a little bit more tasty
