This morning 8/6/2023 I ordered to breakfast small meals (1x sausage and egg and 1x bacon and egg). Asked for 2 oranges juices instead of the coffees. The order taker says would you like 2 sugars in the cappuccinos! How about listening. Get home with my order and I got a bacon deluxe small meal with chips instead of a bacon and egg muffin with a hash brown. This store needs to get its act together and listen to customer orders. I shouldn’t have to check the order, get it right the first time.

Horrible everything, food taste bad, they gave us wrong order twice, barbecue sauce taste like it’s been there for more than three years, burgers are hard to bite in, everything about the Yamanto hungry jacks is off, they need new everything. Workers don’t even know what they are doing, hiring useless people, they don’t even look at the receipt, I payed 82$ and the order that they gave me was 69$.

Staff were fine while picking up online order. However one item was missing so I walked back into the store to get it. After standing there for a minute and no one coming to serve I called out to the 4 visible staff, 2 of which were not doing anything else, to tell them something was left off my order. One girl told the boss, who was busy on the mic to other drive through orders.

The burgers at Hungry Jack’s are always delicious and the team at Yamanto did not let us down. We didn’t have to wait long and our order was hot and fresh. Very enjoyable.

After 3 strikes… we’re out. The last 3 times we’ve been here our orders have been wrong. This latest visit ordered an angry whopper. The burger was missing cheese and had barely any onions or jalapenos as per the picture. When I approached staff about the missing cheese I was told “the angry whopper doesn’t have cheese on it”. I pointed to their menu board which clearly shows cheese and the server just said, oh. End of story. Oh is not an answer to burgers not made to spec. Terrible store.

The Breakfast menu is perfect when you need to get it and go. My favourite is the bacon and egg on turkish roll, in a meal it comes with a hash brown and a coffee. Always fresh and delicious.
