Despite being exceptionally quiet, the service is unbelievably slow and many items were not available. Nothing was available from the cafe for reasons thatwere unclear as the person with cafe attire was serving in the food and drive through area. Avoid this one as its a bit of a wait and theres another one less than 2kms down the road.

In a non peak time, service was slow. Burgers were just warm and fries were soggy and only just warm. Fries looked like they’d been refried. Must say, worse Maccas my husband and I have ever had. Will never dine there again, and I’m a local. Was watching staff prepare orders and I must say they looked like they couldn’t be bothered. You need to pick up your game. I must say….with so many bad reviews in the past, and the fact they have still not improved their service and product, I would say, avoid MacDonalds Kelso.

This is on the Orange bypass road, ordered toastie n coffee, toastie handed to me me in dirty oil stained bag, I asked for extra bag an serviette, back to car, attempt to bite in and it was solid hard and cold, definitely unable to bite into. I drove thru drive thru and money returned although a fresh toastie would have sufficed not offered.
