Went to Subway Yamanto a couple days ago and had the best experience with Keira. She was very friendly and had fantastic customer service. Each step of the way, confirming whether our order was being prepared exactly how we liked. Making sure there wasn’t too much or too little of anything. Even if we were happy with the amount of an item supplied, reading us and knowing just a little more cheese, onion or lettuce would make a difference. She was very thorough and was single-handedly the best customer service I’ve received from any Subway store. The food was great, but the service was even better. We will absolutely be back in future

I come to this store often and am always served by lovely workers, today I went and decided to go through the drive through. When placing my order I could not hear what the worker was saying so she then loudly yelled at me what she had said, not once, not twice but three times. she was rude the rest of the way when asking me for the salads and sauce. When asked if there was anything else, I said i would like it in a meal to which she yelled that she would sort it out later at the last window. I then apologised after this, and drove up to the big window. This is where I saw who made my order, she had black hair and In a bun. There was no need for the attitude as I hadn’t been rude at all and stayed nice even after getting yelled at. Subway needs to train this girl on her customer service. The food was overall satisfactory, but unfortunately I will not be coming to this store anymore.

I usually buy from here weekly and the staff have mostly gotten my order correct, this particular week there was a rotten tomato on my sub, I could smell it as soon as I unwrapped it but unfortunately I was already at work and couldn’t raise the issue with the staff at the time. Will go elsewhere from now on as I am not wasting my money on inedible food.

Not about the food but we had a lovely boy serve us who deserves recognition for his amazing customer service! He was super friendly and asked about our day and weekend plans etc while getting our order correct and quickly. He even went to the extent of making sure all our ingredients were the best looking in each container. I didn’t grab a name but he had freckles and dark curly hair.

I really enjoy the drive-thru service. Staff always do a good job of getting the order right and remembering everything they even let me customise my drink cup with half creaming soda half Coke which is a favourite of mine.

I asked for a chicken bacon ranch melt but not toasted Hallie decided she was going to toast it then another chick maddy had the guts to turn around and said you should of said after we had been asked if we would like them toasted when we clearly stated no Hallie then said but you asked for a chicken bacon ranch melt to which I said yeah not toasted though so she started to wrap my order up after I wasn’t finished so I ended up telling them to forget it and walked out!
