Ordered supreme – no mushrooms, bbq meatlovers with cheesy crust and a pepperoni pizza with garlic scrolls and Dutch pancakes. As you can see from the pics there was not one slice of pepperoni- got some dried out crust with burnt cheese. The so-called supreme (which I’m sure it wasnt) had mushrooms. The garlic scrolls were burnt as were the Dutch pancakes. The order took an hour and 10 minutes to arrive and was cold. This was on a Monday night which I didn’t think would have been particularly busy. Disgusting rip off

We had 3 times bad experiences from Dominos Yamanto because of late delivery the third time they we found out they delivered in a wrong address. So they organised to get a new pizza for us so we had to wait again for almost 45 mins and guess what we got!!!! I think Yamanto branch need a new manager shame on you Domino’s Yamanto

Pizza wasn’t ready until 20mins after allocated pick up time, they had to redo one pizza and still ended up with wrong toppings on the other pizza (ham on the chicken supreme, I can’t eat ham). Pizza was completely lacking in flavour. What a waste of money.

I can send pics of how this pizza arrived……. I had huge trouble with this store 15yrs ago, I moved away, moved on. After becoming a local once again I thought why not try once again. Now, I promise you, never again. I cant believe that a simple store can be so rude and incompetent. I don’t even know how they stay in business, half an hour late, and the pizza honestly looks like it was frisbeed into the box. Now, I know, Domino’s aren’t known for being the leaders in pizza quality but any sort of quality was frisbeed out the window when it came to my order again and again.

I live 5 mins away at Willowbank and it’s a $8 extra delivery fee, because they say it’s an extra drive. 9 times out of 10 when delivered the extra toppins or sauces I paid for aren’t on it, I can understand places get busy but this happens on normal days. I don’t recommend this particular Dominos.

Horrible. Pizza delivery did not even show up. They don’t answer their phone, no one tells me they aren’t doing deliveries that night. This is after taking my money and a delivery fee. Manager then offers me a half price meal as compensation, so I spend more money. I’ve never had service like it before or should I say lack thereof. I’ll be lucky if I see a refund in 5 working days on my credit card I’m told. I’ll be avoiding this business like the plague from here on.
