This Maccas just sucks. Been here a handful of times – each time, something was missing. I only order for myself so theres not alot of components. I just don’t get it. Burgers are slapped together, small amount of chips, wait times are absolutely beyond. If you want to get food from here, make sure you allow yourself half an hour minimum. Or just go to Ripley Maccas.

This particular McDonald’s was my favourite. Recently, I have found the food to be below satisfactory even for fast food. The buns are dry, and you are lucky to get a three-quarter full drink with your barely warm fries. In addition, the service is unenthusiastic, with no greeting, smiles, or even a how you do. I felt like an interruption like they just wanted me to use the self-serve option

Very rude girl today. Orders were all mixed up and they still stuffed orders up when we left. One girl was the cause. I asked 4 sugar and she threw them at me so I threw the spoon at her. She made a mess each time she compiled the order. Blond hair, ask manager about her. She was mainly on counter lunch time Today Sunday 20th August. I will be telling everyone about this unless I am compensated.

Ordered a medium CHICKEN AND CHEESE meal and received MCCHICKEN meal. I ordered this with extra sauce, and got home to open it and the MCCHICKEN had no sauce at all and was stale. I was charged $13 when I shouldn’t have. Please train your staff better.
