You know what you going to get when you go to a hungry jacks. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and spacious this hungry jacks was. There is adequate parking and it is in a convenient location. The service was decent and food was given in a timely manner. They have a coffee machine too which was nice. Food tasted consistent.

I never have any issue with this branch but I’ve visited at around 8:30 pm on Thursday 12th September and I saw alot of customer lineup either waiting for their orders to pickup but the worst part which made me shocked that there was no one to take a order from customer. I’ve neve seen order line to wait for 10 mints. Infact i waited for 15 mints to order and staff was not even looking at us just to avoid eye contact. And when finaly she came to take my order, I paid extra 25 cents on every burger for extra chili sauce but at the end I got nothing and unfortunately I was gone by that time. Wasted team staff at that moment.

I should’ve judged the place by it’s cover. The car park was empty and barely any cars in the drive through but decided to give it a chance nonetheless. Went in about 9:30 pm last night and got stuck in the drive through behind a car waiting before the intercom to order. At some point we’d given up and decided to leave, but couldn’t do that because we were sandwiched by a growing line behind us and the car who really wanted their hungry jacks this late at night. At some point the workers decide smoko was over and the car in front of us moved to the next window, my girlfriend and I pull up only to continue waiting for someone to respond over the intercom.

Hungry Jack was once my favourite but has gone down in quality across the board..their poor staff has no answer to it..its not their fault.. i would have been better off giving the 20 dollars to the poor n needy than buying their joke of a product called boneless fried chicken

Unfortunately this is right near my work so I’ve been a bunch of times and they rarely get anything right. Ask for sausage and egg, you get bacon and egg. I ask for a muffin, I got a wrap? As soon as I paid, they tell me I have to wait 10min for a drink only because they ran out of what I asked for. She literally waiting till my payment went through and then told me I had to wait. I made them give me a refund.

I started to wait in the drive-through at 11:08 and a few cars were in front and behind me so I could not back out and leave, forcing me to wait. The line was moving extremely slowly and when I got my order at 11:52, I asked the girl who took my order what was happening and why did I have to wait that long. No apology was given and she told me that they had customers dining in at the same time, but this was not my concern, my concern was why it took so obnoxiously long for a burger and some fries to come. I had to wait 44 minutes just to get a meal. At the same time, while I was asking her what was the problem, she was still taking new orders from the drive-through customers instead of completing the older orders. The manager who was on duty tonight must get another training session on how to manage the customer service.
