I’m not happy for the service, I ordered two pizzas; one of them being a Capriosa. When I got home, I realised that it had no meat. It was suppose to come with Ham and salami, though it didn’t. It was a olive and anchovy pizza. Talk about salty. I called the store to let them know about it, just so it doesn’t happen again to another customer after me since it is a new pizza. They said that they were going to check and then they hung up on me!!! They just hung up, I’m disappointed. It was really disrespectful.

Appalling service. We had ordered at 4PM in the day for pickup at 6:30 and our order wasn’t ready until 7. We didn’t even receive an apology for their being late when our order was supposed to have been completed 30 minutes before.

Went in to collect my order and it wasent all there when we got home. I called them to let them know and organised for the delivery driver to drop it off on his next delivery. 3 calls later and two hours later still waiting. Called yet again to complain and told them I wanted a refund only to be told could only get a credit on next order. Absolute joke
