As someone who is there everyday to grab multiple orders for the office I work in the Store Mananger Abbie is literally killing it everyday! She is carrying that store and doing an amazing job, very friendly and approachable and gets your order correct and made quickly for you every time. The store is always clean looking and she puts in so much effort every day when I see that she’s there as at times being so close to the Brisbane markets it gets understandably busy. Definitely needs more staff to assist her but from a frequent customer this Subway and small team is awesome!

I’ve been in this store over busy lunch periods and quiet spells, and every time staff have been friendly and enthusiastic. The standard of sandwich is always of a high standard, and the blonde guy and girl working together (I normally come on Wednesdays) seem to have a genuine friendship. Great service!

I mean it’s a Subway, it’s a lottery when you walk in. Place was clean but some of the salad selections weren’t available. Guy who took my order either didn’t care or wasn’t paying attention since I had to say my order several times. Plus what didn’t make me too happy was the fact that a lady walked in with what looked like a badly done sub or incorrect sub asking for a refund, the only ease I got from my order was the fact I was able to see him make it.

There is one friendly staff member (manager or assistance manager). The rest are just terrible. Not friendly, slow, mouth breathers. Probably one of the worst subways I’ve been to, to be honest. Food is below average. A shame there aren’t too many other food options in that area though.

The girl “Lilith” couldn’t wait to get rid of me. She rushed me out so fast and my sub was made very sloppy. She wasn’t very nice either. The manager Ian is also a stingy man who cuts corners. Don’t recommend
