Ordered food over an hr ago was told it would be 35 mins, my partner turned up to collect the food and he was told the order wasn’t placed when I left a name number and have a call duration of the call being made, still now over an hr later he’s waiting and no order! Absolute joke, if your staff can’t work your ordering system , teach them! If you too busy, stop taking orders simple! And then to still charge us and tell us the order wasn’t placed at all is an absolute lie. Will never be back ever again.

I have had great meals previously but today I ordered a Sweet & Sour Combination and it was mostly vegetables with a very weak sauce. I was very disappointed as there was very little meat.

I ordered here for the first time this week. Ordered a ‘deluxe’ fried rice and short soup. Very underwhelming food. The fried rice was very bland and nothing exciting. The short soup had a weird aftertaste. I ended up throwing away the soup as it just tasted odd.

Have been going here for many years, and have not had a bad meal. Excellent service, beautiful food EVERY time. We travel to go there, won’t go anywhere else

Great food, with great service. We had the specialities of the house, Rainbow Steak and a beautiful crispy chicken dish and the special fried rice. Such good flavours throughout our meal, as always. We will definitely be back.

Horrible food and overpriced. I don’t understand the hype around this place. Deluxe fried rice is tasteless like boiled rice with some bits in it. Honey chicken was overcooked and all batter not much chicken. Beef and oyster sauce was average with soggy carrots, celery and one piece of broccoli. Spring Rolls oily and also tasteless. Tried this place twice and the food was bad both times. Definitely not recommended.

Great Chinese, located in the old historic Wallsend library building, plenty of seating, good service. Take away dishes are 10% off from here, order take away mostly, have never had a bad meal yet, always on time when told will be ready. Staff are always friendly & efficient. Have also eaten in restaurant & haven’t ever had any issues.

I go here regularly for a meal and I have never had a bad meal from here ever. The Staff are very helpful and courteous, and would recommend that if you want a great meal come here….ps there deep fried ice-creams with caramel flavouring are the best.

Food was overpriced, and way too much salt . Ordered our dishes with rice. Fried rice came out after we’d finished the other dishes. And to be charged $73 for 2 lunch specials 2 drinks, we won’t be back.

1h 15m for 2 dishes and rice to come out. Raw, under cooked vegetables in both dishes. Non existent table service whilst waiting for meal (drinks anyone?). The kitchen was clearly overwhelmed with lots of takeaway orders. Will not go back.
